 Express Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

After the order has been paid, the warehouse needs some time to process your order. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

 The estimated delivery window is based on historical data, including data regarding when most orders were delivered. In most cases, the package should be delivered within the estimated delivery window. However, the actual delivery date may be affected by flight arrangements, weather conditions, processing delays, carrier delays, and other factors. The delivery time frame will be longer for orders that include preorder and/or customized items. Additionally, during peak periods and sales campaigns, delivery may take longer. Delivery may also take longer to rural areas. Pourvois orders may be processed and/or shipped by a third party seller, and not by Pourvois. Delivery of Pourvois orders may take longer. Please refer to the tracking information for the most accurate estimated delivery date. Please continue to check the tracking information to be notified of any delays.

What to include in the Shipping Policy

Canceling items might affect your order's eligibility for free shipping. If, after cancellation, your order no longer meets the criteria for free shipping, you will be required to pay the applicable shipping fee.
