The Policy also describes your rights regarding your personal data and explains how you can contact us to learn more about our data practices or to exercise your rights.

Pourvois may change this Policy from time to time, to reflect how we process your data, and if we make changes, we will revise the effective date or last modified date at the top of this Policy. If we make changes that materially affect your privacy rights, we will attempt to provide advanced notice (including via real- or near real-time disclosures) or otherwise via the Site, or by some other means of contact so that you have a reasonable opportunity to review the changes before you continue to use the Site or the Services.

What to include in the Privacy Policy

Prices and Orders. All product prices listed on the Services are exclusive of shipping charges and local sales and use tax and other taxes or fees (where applicable) which will be charged to you separately at the applicable rate on each order. Any state Retail Delivery Fee will be charged to you separately at the applicable rate on each order that is to be delivered . Similarly, any other regulatory fees that may be required by the state where your order is to be delivered will be charged to you separately, if applicable.

Prices may change at any time, but (other than as set out above) changes shall not affect the orders for which we have sent an order confirmation email. All amounts are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted on the Site or in the App.
